  • Limited detail is required at this stage. Please stay high-level as this will be read, reviewed and considered by individuals across multiple disciplines.
  • Expand abbreviations/acronyms for added clarity.
  • Exclude graphs/tables and figures.
  • Citations and references are not required, but may be included and will likely be helpful in the review process.
  • This document will NOT be published.
