Exhibitor Hotel Meeting Room Request Form

This form is provided as a sample for you to see what you are expected to include in your submission. You are not permitted to submit this form. An identical form is available for you to submit once you sign in or create an account.

SC24 will assign function space for Exhibitors in participating properties based on the tenets of your request, which include proximity, function space layout/use, and most importantly, occupancy. Assignments are best-effort, as the ability to match your request to the available inventory is by its nature imperfect. Note that we will assign occupancy based on the fire marshal-approved (pre-Covid) numbers for specific layouts. As you make your requests, please consider how continued Covid protocols may influence or reduce the allowable occupancy in a space.

If the event requires special setup/rehearsal outside of the published event time, please note that. If you anticipate the need for shoulder dates, i.e. before or after the Sunday-Thursday dates, please note that. If you are willing to split different event types (i.e. meeting space and a reception) across two properties, please note that.



Which days and times do you need the room? You may enter the times in 12hr or 24hr format, like 3pm or 3:15pm or 15:15.
